Each team will be challenged to create both a main course and a dessert incorporating a surprise “Black Box” of ingredients, pushing their creativity and innovation to the limit under pressure.
Judging this culinary clash will be a distinguished panel featuring renowned television chef Doris Goldgewicht, regional agricultural representative Zeke Bryant, and journalist and sommelier Maricruz Leiva. They will evaluate the dishes based on several key criteria, including the taste and texture of the rice, creativity, presentation, balance of flavors, and effective use of US rice.
