Eighty-five percent of the ingredients are sourced locally, and each menu is carbon neutral. The breaks are transformed into thematic experiences like “Leadership Breaks,” “Evening Calm,” or “Energy Boost,” free from processed foods and added sugars.
Eating well also communicates who we are. Mindful Bites is the evolution of our sustainable and healthy gastronomy towards a proposal of integral well-being, with intention, flavor, and respect for the environment. At FIEXPO 2025, our visitors will be the first to live this experience.
