San José, Costa Rica — San José – In a celebration of female leadership and national impact, the Ticas Poderosas initiative held its second annual awards ceremony at the INS Jade Museum. The event recognized four outstanding Costa Rican women for their significant contributions across culture, science, sports, and lifetime achievement, reinforcing the project’s core mission to create visible and inspiring role models for the nation’s girls and young women.
The gala brought together students, community organizations, and prominent female figures from various institutions, all focused on amplifying the stories of women who are shaping Costa Rica’s future. The awards spotlight individuals whose dedication and success serve as a powerful beacon for the next generation.
