According to official statements from both companies, mass production of these hydrogen-powered trucks is scheduled to begin during the Japanese fiscal year 2027, which runs from April 2027 to March 2028. This project is a major milestone in the Multi-Pathway strategy advocated by both manufacturers, designed to accelerate carbon neutrality by matching specific vehicle duties with the most appropriate low-emission technologies.
