The project includes replacing the roof and metalwork, maintaining the court and stands, restoring the existing wooden floor, maintaining restrooms, changing rooms, the main lobby, and classrooms, structural construction, updating the electrical, telecommunications, and fire detection systems, emergency exits, wall reinforcement, mechanical system improvements, and the construction and installation of an elevator. All these works will provide a building that meets all current requirements while preserving the property’s original architecture.
