Until now, a patient’s medical history, lab results, and diagnostic images were often siloed within the specific clinic or hospital where they were generated. This fragmentation forces patients to physically transport records, repeat costly and unnecessary tests, and often leads to critical delays in treatment, particularly when information is not readily available during an emergency.
