San José, Costa Rica — Panama’s historic Old Town served as the vibrant backdrop for the unveiling of Davivienda’s highly anticipated RojoTú 2027 collection. This unique fashion and wellness initiative, now celebrating its eighth edition, is designed for the bank’s 22,000 employees spanning Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, and Miami. By blending technology with deep-rooted sustainability, the multinational financial institution has transformed what was once a traditional corporate uniform program into a massive statement on regional talent and modern workplace culture.
Developed under the conceptual banner of IN-TACTO, the RojoTú 2027 collection represents a strategic evolution where human connection and technological progress advance in tandem. The creative catalog was crafted in partnership with the renowned Colombian fashion house Arturo Calle, resulting in versatile designs that allow staff members to express their unique identities while maintaining corporate cohesion. The initiative aims to put people at the center of organizational transformation, encouraging self-expression through modern aesthetics.
Highlighting the deeper cultural alignment of the program, Javier Suárez, President of Davivienda Group, noted how the initiative empowers employees to make personal choices while fostering a strong sense of belonging.
Each year, the collection seeks to offer them different garments from a catalog so that, from their individuality, they can choose how they want to dress during the following year. In some way, it makes perfect sense with our culture, where the human being is at the center.
Javier Suárez, President of Davivienda Group
The program represents a radical departure from traditional corporate attire. Decades ago, standard, identical uniforms were the norm for financial sector employees. However, eight years ago, Davivienda’s leadership realized that rigid uniformity did not capture the creative energy and unique spirit of their workforce. This realization sparked an innovation process that replaced traditional uniforms with an interactive, mix-and-match digital marketplace.
Through this specialized portal, employees can browse the seasonal collections and select high-quality garments that align with their personal styles and comfort levels. Martha Luz Echeverri, Executive Vice President of Human Talent and Administration at Banco Davivienda, explained the reasoning behind the initiative’s distinctive name and its relation to self-acceptance.
Our brand is red, deeply red, and Tu recognizes individuality. We are part of this red organization and we identify as part of it, but you are you, just as you are. This is an organization where you can be who you are and feel good that way.
Martha Luz Echeverri, Executive Vice President of Human Talent and Administration at Banco Davivienda
Beyond aesthetics, RojoTú has evolved into a comprehensive lifestyle philosophy within the bank. Davivienda uses this corporate framework to actively promote holistic employee wellness, including physical activity, healthy nutrition, mental health support, and personal financial planning. The organization views the apparel collection as just one component of a broader corporate commitment to fostering a healthy, balanced lifestyle among its extensive team.
The initiative also stands out for its strong commitment to the circular economy and social responsibility. At the end of each year, the bank collects previous garments, refurbishes them, and donates them to social organizations for reuse. Furthermore, the accessories and handcrafted elements of the collection are produced in collaboration with indigenous and local artisans, such as the Wounaan women from Chocó in Colombia and skilled craftsmen in Panama, creating vital new economic opportunities for these vulnerable communities.
This year, the physical RojoTú store is also highlighting promising social startups discovered through Social Skin, an entrepreneurship program operated by Grupo Bolívar. In 2026, Social Skin evaluated over 700 proposals from Central America, Colombia, and Mexico. Selected initiatives featured in the collection include Simple AF, a Panamanian venture that upcycles textile waste into new consumer products while employing local women, and 100% Felices, a Colombian social enterprise that provides sustainable incomes to caregiving mothers.
By blending high fashion with corporate responsibility, Davivienda continues to prove that innovation is not confined strictly to financial technologies or digital banking products. Instead, the institution approaches innovation as an overarching mindset that touches every facet of its operations. Through collaborative platforms like RojoTú, the bank successfully turns everyday corporate necessities into powerful vehicles for social, environmental, and cultural empowerment across Latin America.
