Expansive Job Opportunities at the Upcoming Talent Costa Rica Job Fair

San José, Costa Rica — Costa Rica is setting the stage for substantial employment opportunities with the inaugural Talent Costa Rica Job Fair scheduled for May 28th at the Convention Center. This event, a strategic initiative by the Foreign Trade Promoter of Costa Rica (PROCOMER), in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTSS) and the National Learning Institute (INA), is part of the national BRETE strategy aimed at enhancing employability and human talent.

The Talent Costa Rica Job Fair will feature over 6,400 job openings provided by more than 130 national and multinational companies. These positions span a variety of technical and specialized fields, with a notable aspect being that mastery of a second language is not a mandatory requirement for candidates. This makes the fair particularly inclusive and accessible to a wide range of job seekers.

This event not only offers employment opportunities but also includes numerous benefits for attendees such as free parking, transportation, access to professional training programs, live talks, and catering services.

A unique feature of the fair is the MatchMaking area, where companies can review and select candidates based on specific needs, streamlining the recruitment process. The fair will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and while entry is free, pre-registration on their official website is advised to ensure a smooth experience.

For candidates who are proficient in English, there will be an option to undertake an English proficiency test on the same Talent platform. This additional feature aims to assess and potentially enhance the professional profiles of English-speaking participants.
