Participants can choose between specialized tracks, including Commercial Administration and Operational Management, as well as Quality and Business Service. These areas of study have been strategically selected to align with the current operational requirements of businesses operating in Costa Rica, ensuring that graduates emerge with highly relevant competencies.

The call is open to unemployed men between the ages of 17 and 24, and unemployed women between the ages of 17 and 35. To qualify, candidates must be Costa Rican citizens or legal residents with regularized status. Given the hybrid nature of the curriculum, students must have reliable internet access and a computer to participate in virtual sessions, or otherwise possess the means to commute to physical classes. To maintain fairness, individuals currently enrolled in similar programs or those who have benefited from the Empléate program within the last two years are ineligible to apply.
