We have launched the fifth edition of the Knowledge Olympics. This is an event organized by the Municipality of Cartago, involving schools and high schools from the canton, with the goal of promoting knowledge in various subjects. It’s a competition similar to the ‘antorcha’ (torch) style that once existed, which allows us not only to share among schools but also to encourage development and academic excellence. For us, this is vital. It allows us to continue supporting the development of human talent, which is crucial for competitiveness and job creation. Today we had a wonderful experience with students from San Luis Gonzaga and Vicente Lagner, and with a senior citizens’ folk dance group from La Lima, Gotitas de Esperanza. A very beautiful experience between young people and seniors, which allowed us to share the best of what the people of Cartago represent.
