However, the support structure does not end with the final class. The alliance has built a comprehensive support ecosystem to guide participants through every stage of their career journey. Furthermore, the program includes a follow-up component designed to ensure long-term success. By providing ongoing support after a participant is hired, the initiative aims to boost job retention rates, helping new employees overcome initial challenges and solidify their position within their new roles. This commitment to permanence distinguishes the program from traditional, short-term training schemes.
The call for applicants is open until June 19, with specific criteria designed to reach those most in need. The program is available to women aged 17 to 35, men aged 17 to 24, and individuals with disabilities between 17 and 35. All applicants must be in a condition of poverty, not currently hold formal employment, and have completed at least the ninth grade of secondary school.
